Purple Core Semiconductor can mold and customize various segment code LCD screens, LCD modules, and LED backlights according to customer product design requirements. Generally, the LCD mold opening fee is 500~1500 yuan; the liquid crystal module is 2500~5000 yuan; the backlight source is free for proofing.
Under normal circumstances, there are certain risks in the customization of the LCD screen mold opening, which may be due to the early technical connection or the customer's lack of understanding of the LCD performance parameters. Under normal circumstances, the company can do 2 samples for free. If the quality of our company is not up to standard, you can apply for a refund of the mold fee.
It takes 3 days for the segment LCD to open the mold, and 15 days to open the mold; 25 days for the LCD module to open the mold; and about 7 days for the backlight source to open the mold.
The LCD liquid crystal screen process is complicated. From the confirmation of production, it needs to go through more than 60 to 70 sets of production processes. Under normal circumstances, the LCD delivery time is 25~45 days; the LCD module is 40~60 days; the backlight source is 15~20 days.
